Payment is made up front. Your seat is confirmed once payment or the company invoice is accepted.
No refunds. Bookings cannot be cancelled for a refund, in full or in part.
You can reschedule to another course date, but only if there is room. Sipflow is not responsible for organising a replacement date; you check availability with support and move your seat yourself.
Seats are personal but transferable to a colleague up to 24 hours before day 1, via support.
