CREDITS, ADD-ONS & SERVICE COSTS
Only pay for what you use
Additional credits
€4/month per credit block. Credits unlock extra capacity such as additional responses, proposal sends, or API calls beyond your plan's monthly allowance. Unused credits do not roll over. Credits are available on paid plans.
Extra users, brands & products
Add seats, brand profiles, or product listings beyond your plan's default limit. Each addition consumes one credit (€4/month) per item. Credits are billed monthly alongside your subscription.
Brand service cost
5% per accepted agreement, covering AI tokens, transaction fees and monitoring.
Onboarding
Free on Professional for venues; €249.95 optional for brands.
PAYMENTS & BILLING
Simple, transparent billing
How payment works
Sipflow subscriptions are billed annually (charged as a single annual amount) or monthly, depending on the billing cycle shown on your plan. Payment is processed securely via our payment provider. [payment provider to confirm]
Upgrading or cancelling
You can upgrade your plan at any time from your account dashboard; the price difference is prorated for the remaining billing period. To cancel, turn off auto-renewal before your next renewal date, your access continues until the end of the paid period.
Prices exclude VAT
All prices shown are excluding VAT. Applicable VAT will be added at checkout based on your billing country and business registration status.
Invoices
A full invoice is generated automatically after each successful payment and is available in the Billing section of your Sipflow dashboard.
