HOW IT WORKS

Start with what you have

Upload a contract, snap an invoice, or just ask, Sipflow does the admin, for venues and brands alike.

Upload

Operator: I just received a new brewery contract PDF, can you pull out the key terms?
Done. Volume target: 120 hL over 12 months (e.g.). Kickback: €3.50 per hL above target (example). Contract end date: 31 December 2026. I've stored the full agreement under your Brewery Contracts folder.

Check

Operator: Here's a photo of last week's wine invoice, does everything match our agreed prices?
2 lines are billed above the agreed contract price (example). Sauvignon Blanc 75 cl: invoiced at €8.90, agreed price €8.40, difference €0.50 per bottle (example). Total to claim back on this invoice: €37.50 (example). I've flagged the discrepancy for your records.

Propose

Brand: Send a house-pour proposal to cocktail bars in Amsterdam.
Proposal drafted for 8 cocktail bars in Amsterdam (e.g.). Volume target: 20 L per quarter per venue (example). Introductory discount: 12% on first 3 months (example). Marketing support: €250 launch event contribution per venue (example). I've added a kickback of €4 per litre above target (example). Ready to send, would you like to review or adjust any term?

Track

Brand: How are my listings doing this quarter?
Across 14 active agreements (example), 9 venues are on track to hit their volume targets. 3 are behind pace, Café Noir is at 62% of quarterly target (example), Bar Alto at 55%, and Terrace One at 47% (example). I've flagged them so you can follow up before the quarter closes.
